MÓRA-VITÁL NONPOFIT KFT.
In the city of Mórahalom, outpatient specialist care has been operated by the Móra-Vitál Regional Health Preservation and Social Public Benefit Company, currently known as the Móra-Vitál Regional Health Preservation and Social Nonprofit Public Benefit Ltd., owned by the Local Government.
Its task is to organize and manage outpatient specialist care, to create the operating conditions of the previously financed and planned new specialist care services, and to operate and professionally manage the specialist care services. Its area since July 2010 is, for most specialist care, all settlements of the Homokhát Micro-Region (Mórahalom, Ásotthalom, Zákányszék, Üllés, Ruzsa Öttömös, Pusztamérges, Bordány and Forráskút). It also receives patients from settlements close to Mórahalom, but not belonging to the Micro-Region (Röszke, Domaszék)
The Local Government of the City of Mórahalom - in its long-term health policy objectives - set the goal of expanding the possibility of using local services locally, developing the existing ones, and improving the professional equipment.
As the first stage of this, the local government established new specialist clinics with significant own resources, tender resources, and public support. As a result of the investment, by the autumn of 2001, three new specialist clinics, a laboratory and their service rooms were established.
Developments did not stop here. With the EU support won in the New Hungary Development Plan DAOP - 2007- 4.1.1 / B tender, the architectural works of the new Micro-Regional Health Center were completed by September 2010, by expanding the existing infrastructure. In this modern, two-storey, barrier-free clinic, in addition to the already operating and expanding specialist clinics, there will also be new, not yet operated specialist clinics (internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics).
In addition to outpatient specialist care (financed by social security), Móra-Vitál Nonprofit Közhasznú Kft. offers wellness and fitness services.
